Most people don’t think about first aid until they need it. By then, it’s too late to figure it out. My training is built around the reality of first aid situations. Not ideal scenarios. Not perfect conditions. Real situations where the person on the scene is the response.

First Aid training is delivered across workplaces, schools, equestrian settings, and regional communities throughout Western Australia. These are environments where help isn’t always minutes away, and where people rely on each other to step in. Growing up between Canada and Western Australia, and spending time in regional and remote areas including the Pilbara, shaped that understanding early. When something happens, there is no perfect setup. There is just what you know, and what you do next.

First aid training has been a constant since the age of 14. Not as a box to tick, but as a practical skill that stays relevant across every stage of life and work. That experience sits behind Regional Education and Career Help Australia, also known as REACHAU.

REACHAU delivers nationally recognised First Aid courses including HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, with a focus on real-world application. Training is practical, clear, and designed to build confidence in workplace first aid and community response situations. Training and assessment are delivered on behalf of ABC First Aid RTO 3399.
